Job summary

Wyoming Machinery Company is seeking a Field Operations Foreman for the DSS North area in Gillette, WY. The role will oversee field service project operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate with engineers to ensure safe, on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Travel to sites is required; you will drive continuous improvement, maintain quality standards, and manage resources to meet cost and schedule goals in a heavy equipment environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of removal and repair of components of large mining equipment.
• Communication skills and professionalism are critical.
• Skills in project management and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service project operations to meet department goals with safety, quality and urgency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, market presence and profitability goals are achieved.
• Involved in project documentation, resource planning and safety.
• Provide supervision to technicians and train staff.
• Respond to client requests and present monthly project reports.
• Coordinate with engineers to source technical information and ensure on-time execution.
• Maintain cost and duration schedules while minimizing rework and maintaining quality.
• Direct activities to optimize personnel and machinery utilization and travel to sites.
