The candidate should have 5+ years as a HAZWOPER/Environmental technician or 3+ years plus 2 years supervisory experience in another industry, with a valid driver’s license and Fleetio proficiency. Strong safety, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years of experience as a HAZWOPER/Environmental technician, or 3+ years plus 2 years in a supervisor role in another industry.
• Proficient with Fleetio or related software to complete reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Leads and trains field staff to meet daily goals.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
• Provides on-site supervision for safe field operations.
• Creates billing worksheets for time, materials, rentals, and disposal.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment per regulations.
• Develops schedules, assigns work, gathers resources, and implements productivity standards.
• Controls expenses by budgeting and tracking expenditures.
• Delivers quality service by enforcing standards and customer service.
• Performs labor-intensive tasks in all-weather conditions.
• Operates light and heavy equipment as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
