Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings, Bayway, New Jersey, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead site-level railcar repair operations and develop a high-performing team. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily railcar repair operations and lead a skilled workforce.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
• Drive performance against KPIs including turnaround time, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Staffing through recruitment, scheduling, training, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate daily safety and production huddles and ensure accurate repair tracking.
• Lead safety and quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
