Job summary

Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Rail and Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead site-level railcar repair operations. You will supervise a skilled workforce, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and manage staffing, scheduling, and repair tracking at the Bayway, NJ facility.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and experience with KPIs. Base salary is competitive with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career
