Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, interview, hire, train, assign work, appraise performance, and discipline according to policy.
• Exercise independent judgment to make on-site decisions to resolve issues.
• Read drawings for streets, sidewalks, trails, and drainage and set grade.
• Supervise materials, personnel, and equipment to complete projects.
• Maintain equipment, schedule repairs, and purchase supplies per policy.
• Provide emergency response on call on a rotating basis.
• Prepare paperwork and draw maps as needed.
