Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3 years related experience.
• Proficient in timekeeping or work order software and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to internal and external customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including training, planning, directing work, and appraising performance.
• Maintain equipment and materials daily.
• Interpret shop drawings and plans for streets, sidewalks, trails and drainage; shoot and set grade.
• Prepare daily reports of materials, labor hours and equipment.
• Provide initial citizen contact on work sites.
• Use P-card for purchases of materials needed for task completion.
• Perform other related duties as required.
