Job summary

StreamTech Industrial in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations of industrial services crews, bridging field employees and management to ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction on every job. The role requires at least 2½ years of industry experience and a proven track record in team supervision.

This is a safety-sensitive, full-time position with on-site work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial setting with supervision experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• TWIC card and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision over field crews and ensure high performance.
• Conduct job hazard assessments and enforce safety practices.
• Assign personnel and equipment to meet job requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and report to management.
• Conduct safety meetings and accident investigations.
• Evaluate, train, and mentor employees including on-the-job performance.
• Inspect equipment for safety and maintenance standards.
• Monitor productivity and customer satisfaction; assist with manual labor if needed.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
