Global Ops is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to provide on-site coverage across multiple NY locations, ensuring continuity and high standards of field operations. You will support staffing stabilization, conduct site walkthroughs, and assist with incident documentation and escalation.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, rapid response, and professional conduct, with a clear path toward formal field management leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of private security or related operational experience.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License (required).
• Valid NYS Armed Guard License (required for Armed role).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coverage in response to call-outs, absences, and urgent staffing needs.
• Float between multiple client locations within assigned region and maintain continuity.
• Develop working knowledge of sites, post orders, and client expectations.
• Respond to urgent field incidents with proper documentation and escalation.
• Reinforce company protocols and professional conduct standards.
