CHS Inc. in Warren, MN is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to support YieldPoint Specialists by creating soil sampling and fertilizer maps, working directly in the field and assisting operations at our seed plant.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations/Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass screenings.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with regulations.
• Create fertilizer and soil sampler maps.
• Assist in seed warehouse and operations at the plant.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Control and monitor all load-out functions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality (blended, bulk, or packaged).
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment including loader and forklift.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor and follow safety policies.
