Motivate is seeking an outgoing and organized Field Lead Specialist to assist with administrative and data tracking functions for Service Delivery Operations. The field lead specialist will complete special projects to improve the efficiency of field operations and build new processes.

About the Role

  • Work with the Manager to focus on field process and efficiency improvements
  • Perform complicated bicycle and e-assist bicycle repairs and field diagnostics.
  • Oversee and provide feedback on maintenance data entries to maximize information tracking each time a bike is returned to depot
  • Perform more complex battery swapping tasks and e-assist bicycle resurrection and recovery
  • Accurately and efficiently perform duties on mobile devices and report process improvement accurately to management staff.

About You

  • Ability to hit predetermined performance and production targets
  • Ability to make difficult decisions without direct supervisor present
  • Schedule flexibility as business needs change
  • High level of experience with Excel, Google Suite, and various apps
  • Valid Driver’s License with ability to meet motor vehicle record requirements
  • Highly responsible, well-organized individual
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift to 75 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods; ability to bicycle for extended periods
