KTM Exteriors & Recycling LLC is a hands-on, local 2nd generation, woman-owned company with 40 years of experience. We seek a Field Operations Specialist in Hampstead, NH to join our exterior services team and support day-to-day field operations outdoors.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in roofing, OSHA knowledge, product familiarity, and strong communication. We offer competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in roofing industry.
• OSHA knowledge/training (Certification a Plus).
• Knowledge of Roofing Products, Siding Products knowledge a plus.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job-site machinery.
• Ability to perform physical labor when required.
• Coachable with Desire to Learn.
• Self-Motivated & Dedicated.
• Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude.
• Active Listener.
• Comfortable with Building & Maintaining Relationships.
