Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager-Field Operations to support the day-to-day management of field personnel across projects.

This role serves as a critical link between field staff, Program Managers, HR, and Accounting to ensure staff issues are addressed promptly and timesheets and expenses are processed accurately. Candidates hired locally will report to the Atlanta office to support project, operational, and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in engineering, construction, consulting, or technical services.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage field personnel staffing and timesheets across multiple projects.
• Coordinate onboarding, staffing changes, and employee communications.
• Support project startup, progress tracking, and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with HR, Payroll, and Accounting to ensure compliance and timely payments.
