This role links field staff, Program Managers, HR, and Accounting to ensure timely staffing, accurate timesheets, and proper reporting, with potential progression toward a Project Manager role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting engineering/construction/consulting projects.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Teams/Outlook).
• Ability to work with both office and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for field employee personnel matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, staffing changes, and communications.
• Assist supervisors in resolving employee concerns.
• Monitor compliance with policies and client requirements.
• Track staffing, utilization, and project status reports.
• Support timesheet and expense administration and payroll.
