• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5+ years in operations or production coordination.
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset with accuracy and urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring operations for all remote productions, including freelancers across shoot and football schedules.
• Manage onboarding workflows for payroll and operational systems.
• Collaborate with office managers and leads to standardize hiring practices.
• Partner with Field Operations leaders to refine and scale systems across production and events.
• Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting system issues with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate logistics for football operations, including crewing, travel, scheduling, and media return.
• Provide on-site operational support at games and events, assisting with logistics and credentialing.
• Coordinate background clearances with HR and Security; support payroll system relationships with Finance.
• Collaborate with Project Management to ensure timecard workflow accuracy and clear communication.
