Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily field tasks for crews.
• Ensure production and quality goals are met.
• Review and approve field staff documentation daily.

Skills

3 years of field experience in municipal water, wastewater, storm water

At least 1 year experience as a supervisor or manager

Valid driver’s license

Experience with hand and power tools

Proficiency with computers

Proficiency with smartphones and tablets

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution

Tools

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
