Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing landscape or field service crews.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture.
• Snow operations experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Driver's License required (must meet insurability guidelines).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including seasonal weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership & Operations: lead field crews and manage daily ops.
• Build, train, and manage field crews during green and snow seasons.
• Coordinate daily crew dispatch, schedules, and job assignments.
• Ensure crews are equipped with materials and equipment.
• Client Relations: communicate with clients to meet service expectations and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Workforce & Administrative Management: review timesheets, implement SOPs, monitor productivity and quality.

Premier Service is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and support our landscape and snow operations teams. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency across multiple crews. Position Overview

TheField Operations Manager oversees daily field operations to ensure crews deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, enforce safety standards, coordinate scheduling, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership & Operations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk job sites and work outdoors regularly
