Job summary

Kitchen Magic is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead installations across the NJ/NY metro area. You will supervise installers, manage staffing, coordinate invoicing, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective field operations and clear liaison with the corporate office.

The role requires 3–5 years in home remodeling and project management, strong supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel within the metro area is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs minimum home remodeling experience (kitchens/baths).
• 3–5 yrs minimum construction project management experience.
• 3–5 yrs minimum supervisory experience.
• Ability to oversee and travel throughout the NJ/NY metro area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Manage all installations/installers including staffing levels, assigning project work, and coordination of installer invoicing.
• Responsible for hiring and training of team installers
• Field management of all projects including quality control inspections and addressing customer concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between the field and corporate office to ensure all critical information including project updates are communicated properly.
• Be the subject matter expert for all kitchen and bathroom projects by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the business including trends and installation techniques.
• Maintain compliance of certifications/licensing of installers to ensure company quality control measures are met.
