Winmark Corporation is a franchisor of Once Upon A Child®, Plato’s Closet®, Play It Again Sports®, Music Go Round® and Style Encore®. The Plato's Closet and Style Encore Field Operations Manager role is on-site at Winmark’s Plymouth, Minnesota location, with travel to franchise store locations.

Annual salary is $65,000 - $90,000 DOQ, plus discretionary profit-sharing and a great benefits package. Provide world class support to all franchisees within an assigned region, focusing on improved

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business management or related field.
• 4+ years of prior retail management, with merchandising and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Approximately 30% travel required; valid driver’s license and ability to travel in United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and virtual store visits to support franchisees and execute sound operational strategies.
• Provide verbal and written documentation relating to operational and financial issues.
• Analyze franchisee business performance and provide education to improve results, with regional alignment.
• Monitor financial and legal responsibilities (brand standards, fees, renewals) for designated franchisees.
• Track store support activities in CRM for the region and ensure documentation.
• Promote Winmark’s mission and foster productive relationships with franchisees and corporate teams.
• Inform management of issues needing immediate attention and provide ongoing status reports.
• Participate in franchisee training, curriculum development, and conference sessions.
• Assist with special projects (conference planning, workshop development, publication design).
