Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of HomeWorks university training.
• Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.
• Obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• 2+ years of Energize CT install experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-20 trucks and the day-to-day field operations.
• Ensure safety protocols and QA compliance.
• Interface with inspectors and customer service for issue resolution.
• Update CRM with accurate job information and status.
• Coordinate with invoicing and resolve QC failures.
• Lead and supervise field crews; perform site visits and safety checks.
