Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC seeks a Manager, Field Operations to oversee installation and service operations, managing resources and technician performance. The role requires a Journeyman or Master License and at least 6 years of plumbing or HVAC management experience.

Manager, Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee Install / Service / Electrical Managers and crews.
• Work directly with Commercial Sales and RSCs to schedule and communicate availability.
• Coordinate with Install and Service Managers to manage production schedule, monitor upcoming work, schedule and assign technicians and/or crews to maximize productivity.
• Verify all jobs have permits pulled and file permits accordingly.
• Track technician performance, monitor areas for improvement, reward technicians for exceeding expectations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all installation jobs, ensuring field technicians perform and complete assigned tasks.
• Identify training needs and process improvements.
• Ensure consistent operations across disciplines using Pine State Services processes.
• Normal Install Job Project Manager: coordinate with RSCs, keep project on track, meet deadlines and budgets, coordinate scheduling with IC and IM, conduct site visits, track change orders.
• Commercial Scale Job Project Manager: similar responsibilities with Commercial Sales Advisors.
• Provide field support to all technicians and support service functions.
• Required to be on‑call.
