2020 Companies is hiring a Field Operations Manager in Detroit, MI to lead a team of Brand Ambassadors across an assigned territory. You will coach, develop, and motivate field teams, drive performance through hands-on leadership and operational excellence, and execute retail programs to deliver measurable results.

This role requires strong relationship building, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with retail partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management, retail operations, sales leadership, or a related role
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop field-based teams
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with reporting tools, performance tracking, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet travel requirements
