Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a Branch Supervisor in Salinas, CA to lead daily branch operations and a motivated team delivering customer‑facing support, inventory control, and safe, efficient service.

The role requires a strong customer focus, bilingual Spanish is preferred, and the ability to move between front‑line, admin, and warehouse tasks while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable moving between customer-facing, administrative, and operational tasks.
• Willingness to learn warehouse operations and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the organization’s customer-facing associates and branch functions.
• Develop a team with a focus on customer service, policy and strategy implementation.
• Run the overall operation of a branch location including hiring, coaching, and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operations.
• Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the branch.
• Build and maintain an environment of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions to solve problems.
• Analyze store data and identify areas of opportunity, and implement solutions to continuously improve the overall performance of the location.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• Highly customer‑focused with strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Comfortable moving between customer‑facing, administrative, and operational tasks throughout the day
• Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn from the ground up
• Willingness and ability to learn warehouse operations, including forklift operation and material handling
• Motivated to build a long‑term career and grow within the company
• Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions
• A collaborative, coaching‑focused leadership style
• A track record of building team trust and consistency

- Pay Range:

- $30.22

- $45.36

- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
