RXO, a leading provider of transportation solutions, seeks a seasoned logistics professional to lead a high-volume, multi-function operation in North America. You will drive performance against KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure continuity of service in a 24x5 environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of logistics or complex operations experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Automotive industry experience is a plus.

• Strong group presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong proficiency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a complex, high-volume operation across multiple functions, establishing countermeasures and improvement plans to ensure customer KPIs are achieved and sustained.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish ownership, track progress, resolve dependencies, and drive timely execution of corrective actions.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate transportation teams against KPIs and operational metrics, escalating risks and implementing recovery plans as needed.
• Work with 3rd party warehouse and transportation activities in a 24x5 operating environment, coordinating response to operational disruptions, natural disasters, shutdowns, and business continuity events.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized work procedures that align customer requirements with 3PL execution across the operation.
• Partner with cross functional leaders to develop strategies for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, service performance, and cost reduction.
• Establish clear operating rhythms, accountability, and communication across internal teams, customers, carriers, and third-party partners to support an integrated end-to-end operation.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

At a Minimum, You’ll Need

• 5 years of logistics, transportation, or complex operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting relationships.
• Strong group presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels and with external partners.
• Strong proficiency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

It’d Be Great If You Also Have

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder operations with responsibility for performance, cost, continuous improvement, and operational continuity.
