Responsibilities

• Lead all daily field operations across 5-10 installation crews and 60-100 field employees.
• Optimize labor utilization, crew scheduling, and production capacity.
• Ensure crews have the materials, equipment, trucks, and support needed to execute efficiently.
• Hold field managers accountable for productivity, quality, and daily execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and solve operational issues before they impact customers.
• Build systems, processes, and accountability that improve operational performance as the business grows.
