Job summary

Fairway Lawns of Little Rock is hiring a Field Manager to oversee route operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise staff, coordinate field crews, train technicians, and ensure safety and quality across daily routes.

This full-time role offers starting salary of $55,000 to $65,000, plus health, dental and vision coverage, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in chemical lawn care, including route management, sales, or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employee performance through check-ins, LQAs, and Field Safety Observations.
• Manage production and efficiency through route oversight, call logs, and customer interactions.
• Lead, train, and motivate employees of various skill levels.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Collaborate with branch managers and field managers to establish performance standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and setting an example for staff.
• Ensure warehouse, office, vehicles, and equipment are clean and organized.
• Oversee timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipment.
