Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Comfortable entering crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew serving customers in Fargo, ND.
• Assess site conditions and assign duties to the crew.
• Install products with support from a national team of professionals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of work.
• Provide on-the-job training to installers and foremen-in-training.
