Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience as a supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods is a plus.
• Understanding of current construction practices, costs, and budgets.
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules.
• Military experience equivalent to 12N Horizontal Construction Engineer.
