Job summary

PLP Company is seeking a hands-on Field Operations Lead to oversee daily operations from our Bethel Park office. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in pavement marking or road construction and the ability to efficiently manage crews and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, dispatch, or operations scheduling.
• Road construction or PennDOT experience strongly preferred.
• Pavement marking or road striping experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch crews, technicians, and equipment to job sites.
• Support daily operations and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule.
