Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to direct field crews across multiple job sites in the Rockville area. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and communicate progress to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will motivate the crew, solve field challenges, and consistently deliver high‑quality workmanship while adhering to schedule constraints and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in pavement maintenance or related field.
• Experience leading crews or supervising field operations.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, OT during peak season.
• OSHA safety training or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations on multiple job sites.
• Operate and train crew on line striping machines, sealcoating equipment, crack filling equipment, pressure washers, grinders, and other specialized equipment.
• Plan daily production to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all work meets EverLine quality standards.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain a safe job site.
• Delegate work effectively while maintaining productivity.
• Communicate project progress, material needs, and job updates to the Operations Manager.
• Read site plans and accurately perform parking lot layouts and pavement markings.
• Perform quality inspections before project completion.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Maintain vehicles, trailers, and equipment in clean working condition.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Interact professionally with customers on-site.
• Complete daily paperwork, production reports, and job documentation.
• Assist with training and mentoring new technicians.
• Perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, asphalt repairs, epoxy flooring, pressure washing, and other pavement maintenance services as needed.
