Pro Kleen Industrial Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hydro excavation and sanitation field operations in Fairfield, OH. You will oversee field teams, coordinate resources, and maintain strong customer relationships while driving safety, quality, and performance.

• Hands-on leadership experience managing industrial, construction, or field service teams.
• Strong operational planning skills with the ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and schedules across multiple active job sites.

• Self-motivated, adaptable leadership style with sound decision-making and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine job site visits to oversee hydro excavation and sanitation operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity expectations are met.
• Enforce company policies, OSHA standards, DOT regulations, and safety programs.
• Coordinate daily, weekend, and emergency work schedules with Division and Branch leadership to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, maintenance, and training teams to ensure staffing, equipment readiness, and successful project execution.
• Monitor field performance and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
