Qualifications

Experience leading and building teams of technicians, contractors, or field service staff.
Strong operational judgment and customer service instincts.
Hands‑on technical experience—comfortable with hardware, connectivity, or electrical troubleshooting.
Detail‑oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Spanish a plus.
Ability to travel across California, Washington and Oregon (up to 30%) and occasionally to LATAM.
Proficiency with productivity and office technologies (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, scheduling tools); experience field service software a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of field technicians and contractors.
Ensure all orchards and vineyards are scanned on schedule, with high data quality.
Provide troubleshooting for hardware and connectivity issues in the field.
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and contractor management.
Serve as the operational point of contact for growers during deployments.
Train new field employees and implement best practices.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Uphold safety standards and compliance protocols.
