Job summary

Andres Construction seeks a hands-on construction professional to lead subcontractor coordination and daily field operations. You will ensure strict quality control and drive schedules for exterior scopes including masonry, siding, windows, doors, framing and related work.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, field expertise, and excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in multi-family or commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 1-6+ years of experience in High Density Multi-Family / Commercial Construction.
• Quality Control experience with Procore or similar inspection tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily field operations.
• Ensure quality control and drive project schedules for exterior scopes (masonry, siding, windows, doors, framing).
• Collaborate with owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners to resolve production issues.
• Support safety, documentation, and Lean construction practices on site.
• Maintain relationships with owners and architects and participate in coordination meetings.
