Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Advocate safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with company/jobsite safety plan, policies, and all safety-related regulations
• Review and approve subcontractor cost estimates
• Manage the RFQ process on Procore for distributing drawings for pricing
• Assist in change orders/change events
• Negotiate/prepare subcontracts and purchase orders
• Assist in training Office Engineers and Project Engineers per ANDRES Expectation documents/processes
• Consistently collaborate with field team to ensure management of project schedule as well as that processes are in place (i.e. Procore inspections, closing SiteAware issues, taking DroneDeploy pictures, etc.)
• Overall responsibility for successful completion of project, including punch list, to Owner satisfaction
• Assist Project Manager in creating the pay application
• Maintain strong relationships with staff, consultants, architects, and ownership

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must walk the construction site frequently
• Able to operate within paperless networking environment
• Able to physically negotiate the hazards of a construction work site (i.e. uneven surfaces, floor openings, heights, climbing, etc.)
• Office in jobsite trailer with other members of project team
