Job summary

Brock Cabinets is seeking an Assistant Field Manager in Wilmington, NC to lead cabinet installation and service operations. You will coach leads, monitor schedules, and ensure safety and quality across field activities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in the cabinet industry with proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment. This role offers a hands-on leadership path with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the cabinet industry.
• Experience in supervision or leadership within cabinet install, construction, millwork or field service.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet installation, service and field operations.
• Experience leading and developing employees and holding teams accountable for performance.
• Ability to review operational metrics and use results to identify issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cabinet installation and service operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop field service leads and install scheduling leads.
• Monitor installation schedules, service work, quality, callbacks, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify performance or process issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain communication with builders and homeowners to ensure successful installations.
• Partner with Sales and Design teams to address field issues.
• Ensure field activities comply with policies, safety standards, and best practices.
• Monitor fleet responsibilities, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with DOT and insurance requirements.
• Provide regular updates to Field Manager on performance and improvement initiatives.
