Qualifications

• Experience in field service, installation, or technical support.
• Technical aptitude in robotics, small engines, mechatronics, or similar.
• Experience working with software-controlled or automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site equipment setup, configuration, and training.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in real time.
• Support demos, pilots, and customer-facing engagements.
• Identify issues and opportunities based on field experience.
• Partner with internal teams to improve performance.
• Refine how work is done in the field.
