Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking motivated students for a Summer 2027 Field Operations Internship. You will gain hands-on experience onsite at customer and construction locations, learning jobsite coordination, safety, and the fundamentals of field supervision while supporting project execution.

Interns will work within Otis teams across North America, with 10–12 weeks of paid summer work starting June 2027, and potential opportunities as an entry-level Field Operations Trainee after completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Must be actively pursuing a degree and remain enrolled in an accredited program after internship start.
• Strong written and verbal communication to work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support jobsite coordination and safety as part of field operations.
• Collaborate with field teams and learn the responsibilities of a Field Supervisor.
• Assist with project execution and customer interactions onsite.
