Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking motivated students for a Summer 2027 Field Operations Internship. This full‑time, paid internship will run 10–12 weeks starting June 2027, with hands-on experience at customer sites and construction locations.

Interns will learn field supervision, jobsite coordination, safety, customer interaction, and project execution while gaining exposure to Otis's diverse lines of business and performance‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a highly team‑oriented and dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Self‑motivation and the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
• Prior field operations or construction internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities
