  • Collaborate with instructors and operational leaders to ensure consistent, high‑quality training programs.
  • Support safety initiatives, workforce development projects, and storm restoration efforts as needed.

Contract Length: 12 Months

Work Setup: On-site
Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 – No Benefits

This role focuses on developing technical expertise, safe work practices, and professional standards for distribution and transmission operations.

Distribution Instructor – Relay and Controls Responsibilities

Critical Qualifications:

The Distribution Instructor – Relay and Controls will work across classroom, laboratory, simulation, training‑yard, and field environments. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and outdoor work are required. Travel up to 50% may be required.
