You will provide hands-on and classroom instruction on electrical theory, system operations, and safety practices, while mentoring trainees for growth and success.
Ideal candidates will have 8–12 years of journey-level experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of OSHA/NESC standards.

The Lineworker Training Instructor is responsible for delivering high‑quality, hands‑on and classroom‑based instruction to apprentices, journey‑level lineworkers and other utility personnel. This role ensures that trainees develop technical skills, safety awareness, and professional standards required for success in the electric utility industry.
