Job summary

TRP Infrastructure Services seeks an HR Business Partner to work directly with operational leaders and employees to strengthen retention, resolve employee issues, improve manager capability, and align staffing with business demand.

You will advise field leaders on employee relations, staffing, performance, attendance, retention, and workforce needs; investigate workplace concerns; coach managers on policy, action and communication; and partner with recruiting to anticipate hiring demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site field or operational workforces preferred.
• Strong investigation, coaching, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned operations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Advise field leaders on employee relations, staffing, performance, attendance, retention, and workforce needs.
• Investigate workplace concerns and produce clear, timely documentation and recommendations.
• Coach managers on policy application, corrective action, performance improvement, and employee communication.
• Partner with recruiting and operations to anticipate hiring demand and reduce avoidable vacancies.
• Monitor turnover and employee trends; develop targeted action plans with leadership.
• Support promotions, succession, organizational changes, and leadership development.
