LightGuide, Inc. in Southeast Michigan is seeking an Operations Engineer to integrate and install AR-based work instructions at customer sites.

You will manage system components at LightGuide facilities and at customer locations, coordinate resources, and travel domestically and internationally to deliver successful deployments.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, PLC/AVMM experience, and strong communication to train users and collaborate with engineering and operations.

Formación

• Technical certification or vocational training required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for deployments.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure mechanical and electronic systems are installed and tested in-house and at customer sites.
• Coordinate integrations, installations, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Travel domestically and internationally for deployments and support.
• Provide customer training and build knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure successful implementations.
