Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in BAS controls, field installation, or mechanical project management.
• Experience leading technical teams of engineers, technicians, and installers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, DDC functionality, and construction drawings.
• Financial acumen with job costing, labor variance tracking, and change orders.
• Excellent communication to manage client expectations on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the project execution team including engineers, technicians, and installers.
• Manage complex master labor schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead project kick-offs, progress reviews, and field checkouts to ensure installations meet specs, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, monitoring, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
