POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Operations Director serves as the trusted operations partner to an assigned Regional VP or National Team VP and their leadership team, helping translate business priorities into clear plans, coordinated execution, and effective connection to the broader CE Operations and enterprise support network. The Director owns the operating rhythm and priority agenda for the assigned leadership team and provides a single point of connectivity between Field Leadership and the broader operational ecosystem.

SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partnership with Field Leadership

Serve as the primary Operations partner to an assigned Regional VP or National Team VP and their leadership team. Develop a deep understanding of the team's business priorities, customers, opportunities, challenges, and performance. Translate enterprise and CE priorities into clear implications and action plans for the assigned Region or National Team. Provide strategic and operational counsel to leadership and proactively identify issues requiring attention, decisions, or escalation. Help leadership prioritize competing needs and maintain focus on the highest-impact business opportunities.

Operating Rhythm & Business Planning

Own the operating rhythm and priority agenda for the assigned leadership team. Lead development and coordination of annual, quarterly, and other operating plans. Translate priorities into clear roadmaps with owners, milestones, dependencies, and measures of progress. Coordinate leadership agendas, decision materials, action tracking, and follow-through. Support Regional or National Team input into ABP, resource planning, RBO, and other CE and enterprise planning processes.

Operational Integration & Execution

Serve as a front door for operational requests from the assigned leadership team and route needs to the appropriate CE Operations or enterprise partner. Connect Field Leadership and HEDs to the broader support network without requiring them to independently navigate multiple teams. Coordinate across Enterprise Operations, RBO, Squad Field Partners, ABP, DDA, L&SD, and other functions to enable execution. Anticipate execution barriers, dependencies, and operational risks and mobilize partners to resolve them. Ensure appropriate communication and coordination between enterprise initiatives and Regional/National execution.

Insights & Decision Support

Synthesize field insights, performance signals, customer information, and emerging business needs into clear leadership implications. Develop business reviews and decision materials that enable productive leadership conversations. Identify patterns and recurring needs that may have implications beyond the assigned Region or National Team. Surface cross-field opportunities, risks, and common needs to the Head of CE Field Operations so they can be addressed across the organization where appropriate. Provide recommendations related to priorities, resources, capacity, and operational tradeoffs.

Resource & Capacity Planning

Maintain an integrated understanding of the assigned team's resource and capacity requirements. Support Regional or National Team roster, resource, and capacity planning. Identify capacity constraints and emerging needs and develop recommendations in partnership with Field Leadership. Connect local resource needs to broader CE and enterprise planning processes.
