Job summary

Exowatt is transforming the energy landscape with a groundbreaking P3 system that captures solar energy, stores it as heat, and generates electricity on demand. We seek a seasoned program manager to own deployments from contract to site acceptance across engineering, manufacturing, and field operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedule integrity, and lead field incidents with timely communication and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineering background or technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering staff.
• Experience deploying or managing a hardware-focused program at an early-stage company.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent credential required.
• Familiarity with EPC, owner's engineer, and AHJ permitting workflows in U.S. jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Exowatt project contact from contract execution through site acceptance.
• Lead customer-facing cadence: kickoff, weekly status, milestone reviews, risk reviews, and acceptance.
• Translate requirements into a clear, tracked scope and oversee risk mitigation.
• Own escalation handling and drive resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and Commercial.
