Job summary

Beusa Energy in The Woodlands, TX seeks a Digital Operations professional to drive data-driven decision making across Field Operations. You will champion Data and AI tools, train teams on dashboards and applications, and own data-enabled products in partnership with Data Governance and Operations.

The role emphasizes identifying tech gaps, leading the DT Intake Process, and bringing data closer to operators to improve asset reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–4 years of practical experience in field-focused engineering, technical, or analytics roles within Oil & Gas (Frac & Power)
• Experience with data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, and related cloud data environments
• Proficiency in reporting & visualization: Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma
• Experience driving user adoption, training, and change management for digital tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Field Operations, Engineering, and Asset Integrity to advance technology adoption.
• Identify data, technology, and process gaps and collaborate with Digital Transformation to implement dashboards, training, and data-driven processes.
• Manage and support the implementation of EVO’s Vibration Monitoring Strategy for pumps, blenders, and equipment.
• Partner with field teams to establish vibration-monitoring requirements and promote proactive maintenance.
• Regularly visit field locations to support deployments, training, and demonstrations.
• Understand Beusa’s tech stack and bring data closer to operational decisions.
• Facilitate equipment analytics with health insights, trends, and efficiency metrics.
• Support deployment of Beusa’s data strategy across fleet operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with operations and continuity.
