Job summary

01 TDW (US), Inc. seeks a Field Operations Supervisor to organize and direct HT&P field activities from inquiry through completion. You will manage resources, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely project delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent and at least 3 years in pipeline operations, with strong English skills and availability for after-hours support as needed. DOT safety sensitivities apply.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent preferred, combined with min 3 years of pipeline operations or related experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be available for calls afterhours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Good commercial and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees HT&P services projects to maintain schedules meeting customer requirements.
• Assigns field service work & technicians, tracks progress to job completion.
• Acts as key contact to recurring customers from inquiry to invoicing.
• Compiles Job Safety Analysis prior to starting work on site.
• Ensures timely return of customer service feedback forms.
• Coordinates with TDW HT&P inspection personnel as required.
• Ensures technicians deliver safe services per TDW standards and applicable HSE rules.
• Verifies technicians have required certifications/skills to perform operations.
