Job summary

Storm Guard Roofing is seeking a field operations role based in Missouri. You will be on local job sites daily, delivering materials, coordinating crews, talking to customers, and solving issues before they become problems. You’ll work with the Production Manager but own your day with on-site autonomy.

Ideal candidates bring construction experience, reliability, and a proactive attitude. Travel to local sites and outdoor work in varying weather are required.

• Construction experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Hit multiple job sites daily to check progress, quality, and safety.
• Deliver and pickup materials so crews have what they need, when they need it.
• Travel locally; treat your truck as your mobile office.
• Keep the Production Manager, subcontractors, and customers connected and informed.
• Spot issues early and flag them before they snowball.
• Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure adherence to the plan.
• Handle reporting and paperwork for completed projects.
