Qualifications

• Two years or more of supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of Cleaning Technicians and manage scheduling.
• Maintain a regular cleaning route and provide hands-on facility support.
• Ensure high quality and compliance with Trilogy standards.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the client.
• Complete Trilogy’s Cleaning Technician training program.
