Job summary

Trilogy Corporate Services seeks a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to manage field operations in Michigan. You will lead a team of Cleaning Technicians, split time between hands-on cleaning and supervision, and ensure adherence to Trilogy’s safety and quality standards while meeting client expectations.

As the main client contact, you will coordinate schedules, report on daily activities, train new staff, and uphold service excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn new ways of doing things.
