Qualifications

• 4+ years of field experience in construction.
• Construction Project Management experience in commercial or multifamily preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to coordinate across multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and operational execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate office project framework and planning into on-site execution.
• Conduct daily site visits and monitor project progress, safety, and quality across stairs, railings, and other project requirements.
• Document work and site conditions through photos, daily logs, and progress reports.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and communicate project requirements to field teams.
• Monitor crew performance and quality of work being performed.
• Ensure safety protocols and company standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage and supervise assigned foreman(s) to ensure project execution meets quality standards, schedules, and company expectations.

Our client is an established and growing manufacturer in the construction industry, specializing in the sale and installation of their products. They are known for their commitment to quality and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations and serve as the on-site execution lead for multifamily construction projects.

The Field Operations Manager will manage day-to-day site operations and serve as the primary point of contact between the assigned field foreman, subcontractors, superintendents, and project owners. This role requires field presence, strong communication, and the ability to translate project planning into on-site execution while maintaining quality and schedule standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate office project framework and planning into on-site execution.
• Conduct daily site visits and monitor project progress, safety, and quality across stairs, railings, and other project requirements.
